Fear of “ feeling ” the pain always looms over us.
Yet, here is a question for you:
Are we afraid of getting hurt, or actually, of being who we truly are — the ones that love this world so purely?
I, too, have been drowned in the fear of crowds and society. The resulting emotional numbness and a frozen heart left only resentment in my eyes, leading to a stagnant and unfulfilling life.
We try so hard to avoid pain, but it often comes at the cost of losing our true selves.
Awakening creates a period of emptiness and stagnation in our lives, where we may feel we have nothing to show for ourselves. Yet, our true selves emerge from the void of this healing journey, as our darkness finally finds solace in the sunlight.
The time we embrace both light and dark within, is when we can achieve a state of balance and completeness.
Gazing upon the world, where loves and fears interweave.
Perhaps the truth is that when we live with our whole heart, our feelings become so sincere that the depth of our pain and suffering can be just as profound.
Perhaps, the fact is that our hearts nourish and our lives thrive only when we love and breathe with sincerity and authenticity.
Perhaps, long before we lost our way, the colours, sounds, smells, and tastes of life had already delivered the messages about the essence of living.
As one who had traveled the inner winding road, I am here to share the messages with you all:
Be honest with how we love and be loved.
Focus on inner world and self-strength. This will enable us to re-connect with the authenticity hidden within, to re-open to love and humanity, as well as to re-trust in the best arrangement of life’s flow and the power that shapes us all.
With this resilience, we will be guided and find the courage to unleash the soul, embracing all that life has to offer in the name of love.
Warmly,
Audree
